Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new drops or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times (Australia)

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Express: 1–3 business days
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

• Standard: 7–21 business days

• Express: 4–10 business days
  Customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Lost / Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready.
